Using the iGuards built-in web server, which provides extensive reporting on a local network or online - Businesses are able to track employee time and attendance whilst protecting access to their premises. The potential savings that come with correct and validated payroll information are huge, and staff can be assigned which times they will have access to enter the premesis.
The RJ45 connection allows IGuard to exist on your corporate network, so you can log onto the device locally or over the internet for detailed options and access logs... You can actually see who entered your premesis with dates and times, which makes this unit highly useful for time and attendance scenarios as well as being highly secure.
A capacitive / solid state fingerprint sensor allows for a more accurate fingerprint image and improves day to day access control use..
Installation
Once connected to a release mechanism for a door, the IGuard only needs basic power and an optional ethernet RJ45 connection.

iGuard is a complete solution. All the required hardware and software is included and embedded in the
system. Unlike all other systems available today, users do not need to assign dedicated computers to connect
and operate iGuard. And it is also not necessary to assign dedicated persons to administer the device.
Easy & Efficient Information Management
The reports can be exported directly in the popular XLS format, that enables smooth integration with office
suite applications such as Microsoft EXCEL. Various reports can then be easily generated using the built-in
features of the office suite application. In this way, companies can design their own report formats that are
best suitable to their existing operations.
